Position Summary
Resolve West Allis is seeking a dependable and hardworking Dietary Aide to join our team in Wisconsin. This role supports the dietary department by assisting with meal preparation, service, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, detail-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with meal preparation and tray assembly according to dietary guidelines
- Serve meals to residents in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining areas, and equipment
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Follow all food safety and infection control procedures
- Stock and replenish supplies as needed
- Work collaboratively with cooks and dietary staff to ensure quality service
Qualifications
- Previous dietary, food service, or kitchen experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have a current Food Handler’s Card (required)

Position Requirements
- Part Time Schedule (3:30PM-8:00PM)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
