Business Office Manager Job Summary:
The primary purpose of your job as Business Office Manager is to process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and to provide assistance to the Facility CEO/Administrator and Corporate Billing Department in the completion of specific projects in accordance with our established policies and procedures to assure that proper administrative procedures are maintained at all times. Will assist with Level of Care Reports, Resident Trusts, Appeals, Denials, ADRs, Labor Hours, Pharmacy Reviews with DCS, Bank Deposits, Payroll and other duties as assigned.
Experience/Education: Prefer training in accounting, patient account billing, and strong organizational skills. Previous experience in a skilled care facility is preferred.
Salary: Dependent upon Experience
Shift: M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

POSITION SUMMARY For Human Resources Generalist:
The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting the organization. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, and employment law compliance.
POSITION-SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
- Performs benefits administration, including change reporting and communicating benefits information to employees.
- Conducts and coordinate recruitment efforts for all personnel; conducts new-employee orientations and coordinates all onboarding activities.
- Maintains company organization charts and the employee directory.
- Maintains human resource information system by processing new hires, terms, position changes, W4s, and salary changes. Compiles reports as needed from the system.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations
- Manage all leave requests including: FMLA, Worker’s Compensation, and Short Term Disability.
- Track and monitor license and CPR/BLS information for non-provider clinical staff.
- Respond to verbal and written verifications of employment
- Coordinate employee recognition and service awards programs
- Other duties as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Labor Relations, HR Management or related discipline.
- 2+ years of Business Office Experience
- 2+ years of HR experience across all functional areas including recruiting, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and workers compensation.
- Experience working with a diverse workforce.
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Working knowledge of state/federal employment and labor laws.
- Active and valid driver’s license
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at various levels both inside and outside of the organization.
- Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems and Microsoft Office – particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook.
- Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, 40 hours per week.
