Team Overview:
The Engagement and Volunteerism team within the Community Impact department sets the enterprise direction and standards for how the firm builds community trust and strengthens brand recognition. We do so by supporting firm-aligned causes and mobilizing a strong associate presence that drives meaningful collective action.
We manage and coordinate the firm’s engagement and volunteerism efforts across the enterprise, delivering consistent, high-impact programs. Through this work, we help shape the associate experience by fostering a culture of service, connection, and celebration.
What You'll Do:
The Community Specialist III - Associate Volunteerism & Engagement Specialist guides and engages associates in local and regional community opportunities, partnering closely with associates across geographic areas. This role supports the planning and execution of key initiatives, including Katy Trail events and St. Louis American Red Cross blood drives, community booths and plays a critical role in enabling the team’s work through accurate data reporting and the ongoing updating and development of community resources and tools.

Engage and guide associates in local and regional community and volunteer opportunities, fostering participation and meaningful community impact

Partner closely with associates and teams across geographic areas to coordinate volunteer efforts and ensure consistent engagement experiences

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of key engagement initiatives, including Katy Trail events, St. Louis American Red Cross blood drives, and community booths

Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of volunteer participation, engagement metrics, and program outcomes

Enable team effectiveness through reliable data management, documentation, and reporting processes

Support the ongoing development, updating, and maintenance of community engagement resources, tools, and content

Collaborate with internal partners to align volunteerism efforts with broader engagement, culture, and community impact goals

Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and associate experiences within volunteer and engagement programs

What Experience You'll Need:-
5+ years of experience in employee engagement, event planning, corporate volunteerism, or internal communications.

Experience coordinating projects across multiple teams and functions.

Strong planning and organizational skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with associates at all levels of the organization.

Data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and support data-driven decision-making.
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
