This is a working leadership position, meaning your primary responsibility is providing outstanding clinical care alongside the doctor while also leading the daily operations of the clinical team.

Position Summary:
The Orthodontic Clinical Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations of the practice while maintaining an active chairside role. This individual works directly alongside the orthodontist to ensure efficient patient flow, excellent clinical outcomes, and an exceptional patient experience.
The Clinical Lead serves as the leader for the clinical team by providing daily direction, coaching, accountability, training, and support.

Setting: Orthodontic specialty practice (in-person)
Schedule: Full-time; travel between offices
