POSITION PURPOSE: The Housekeeper position at Hallbrook Country Club (“the Club”) is responsible for making sure the Club is clean and kept to Club quality standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensures adherence to company quality standards by inspecting rooms, including deep cleans

Follows work assignments

Report member complaints regarding housekeeping service or equipment to the Housekeeping Manager

Ensures that all laundry is done throughout facility

Reports any maintenance repairs, lights out, etc. to maintenance staff
-
Takes control of lost and found items as appropriate
-
Maintains clean, organized, and visually appealing areas in and around Club facilities
-
Other duties as assigned by management
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Previous housekeeping experience preferred

Previous hotel or private club experience preferred

Ability to provide exceptional service

Able to read and interpret written information

Predictable and reliable attendance is required
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; use arms, hands, and fingers to reach, feel, and pick-up

Ability to walk, climb or balance

Must regularly be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Able to work in environment that is exposed to mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles

Able to work in environment that is occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions; extreme cold and/or heat; and work in high, precarious places
