We’re looking for a dynamic and compassionate Clinical Medical Assistant to join our growing team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.
In this role, you will work closely with our providers to ensure seamless patient care by supporting both clinical and administrative functions. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, enjoys direct patient interaction, and is passionate about delivering top-notch service.
Role Responsibilities
- Complete new patient intake, including verifying medications, medical history, and allergies
- Assist with patient checkout and provide basic treatment plan education
- Support providers during procedures and help with clinical requests
- Prepare procedure rooms and set up trays for injections and pain management treatments
- Perform DME fittings, UDS, and assist with PRP collection/preparation
- Operate the C-arm on non-sedation days
- Maintain inventory through routine restocking and supply audits
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with phlebotomy (REQ.)
- Fluency in Spanish
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, eClinicalWorks, EMA preferred.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to patient-centered care.
