We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to manage and maintain nursing staff schedules, ensure appropriate shift coverage, and support smooth daily operations within our care facility. This role plays a key part in resident care by making sure the right staff are in the right place at the right time.
Prepare and manage nursing staff schedules
Ensure shift coverage for call-offs, vacations, and holidays
Verify timecards and support payroll accuracy
Maintain schedule records and update staff assignments
Assist with new hire scheduling, training coordination, and onboarding
Provide CNA support as needed and respond to staffing inquiries
Be available for on-call support (facility-issued phone)
High school diploma or equivalent
Active CNA and CMT certification (required)
At least 1 year of experience in long-term care
Experience with scheduling or staffing (preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
