ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a licensed insurance professional with experience in Property and Casualty, and/or Life and Health insurance.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, customer service focused and possesses strong problem-solving and communication skills.
At Tim Tinaza State Farm we prioritize customer service and building lasting relationships with our customers. This role works closely with our underwriting team to process new business, renewals, policy changes, and customer service requests.
This position includes working hand in hand with our underwriting department to process applications and renewals. As well as discussing, and processing policy changes with customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
