We are looking for an energetic individual with outstanding sales background and customer service skills to join our rapidly growing office as a Frame Stylist! Candidate must have a keen ability to build a rapport with patients, learn sales and explanation scripts, and have the sales ability to offer premium products with respect to luxury brands.
The candidate needs to be able to multi-task, have good attention to detail, be well-spoken, and willing to help in all areas of the practices when needed. Ideal candidates have great commitment level, outstanding work ethic, and are interested in a long-term position/employment.

Compensation:
-Starting at $18.00/Hr
-Monthly Bonus: Monthly Bonus based on the team success of the office (Averages $175 per month)
-$300/Month of Healthcare Reimbursement/Insurance Premium Payments Benefits available after first 90 Days
Responsibilities: The duties of this position would include (but is not limited to):
All Employees:
· Greeting, welcoming, and checking patients in for their eye exams.
· Collecting payments and checking patients out.
· Answering phones.
· Obtaining insurance authorizations and filing insurance claims.
· Performing facility maintenance and cleaning/closing duties
Frame Stylist:
· Recommend premium luxury ophthalmic frames, lenses, lens coatings/materials after considering prescriptions, occupations, hobbies, lifestyle, habits and facial features (See our website for our frame lines).
· Make accurate Progressive and Bifocal measurements
· Interpret and calculate insurance benefits and co-pays based on insurance eligibility.
-Assist with patient care responsibilities as needed
Preferences:
· Experience of 1 year or more in an optical setting as an Optician.
· Experience with Crystal Practice Management Software.
· Experience with ordering and dispensing Progressive lenses
· Experience with selling from our frame lines (see website)
· Experience with interpreting vision and medical insurances
Requirements:
· Experience of 1 year or more in a one on one sales or customer service position
· Excellent phone etiquette, written, and oral communication skills.
· Multi-tasker and fast learner.
· Computer savvy, minimum 30 wpm.
· Detail oriented, organized, and efficient.
· Dependable, reliable, and articulate.
Employee Hours:
· Monday-Friday: 8:40am-6:00pm
· Saturday: 8:40am-3:00pm
· Every Saturday Required.
Dress Code: Black Scrubs and clean close toed footwear. If team members have visible tattoos then they must be covered while the team member is in the office. Visible piercings are only allowed on the ears, all others must be removed prior to entering the office. If hair color is not your natural color it must be black, brown, blonde, grey, white, or red (no dyed green, blue, purple colors).
