We’re a well-established local alarm company in El Cajon, and we’re currently hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our Accounting Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is dependable, motivated, and excited to grow with us long term.
Duties & Essential Functions:
● Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via inbound and outbound phone calls and emails
● Answer inquiries, provide billing support, and resolve payment issues
● Handle administrative duties such as scanning, organizing, and filing paperwork
● Process payments, set up customer billing, and follow up on past-due accounts
● Assist with account cancellations and contract documentation
● Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service
Qualifications & Requirements
