Industrial Maintenance Technician
Precision Impacts LLC is looking for a dependable, hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician to help maintain, troubleshoot, and repair our manufacturing equipment, industrial machinery, and robotic systems.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical background who is comfortable diagnosing equipment problems and working around electrical, pneumatic, and automated systems. Electrical and wiring experience is an important qualification for this role.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues
- Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and robotic systems
- Minimize equipment downtime by identifying problems and making timely repairs
- Replace and repair motors, sensors, switches, wiring, bearings, belts, and other machine components
- Perform basic electrical troubleshooting using a multimeter and other test equipment
- Read and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
- Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, and modifications
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment issues with the team
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Previous industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or similar hands-on experience
- Electrical and wiring experience
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to troubleshoot basic industrial electrical systems
- Comfortable using multimeters, hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Experience working around industrial machinery and automated equipment
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to troubleshoot problems independently
- Strong attention to safety and quality
Preferred Experience
- Industrial robotics and automation
- Motors, sensors, relays, contactors, and switches
- Pneumatic systems
- VFDs and motor controls
- PLC-controlled equipment
- Control panels and industrial wiring
- Preventative maintenance programs
- Welding or fabrication experience
We’re looking for someone who can keep equipment running, troubleshoot problems when they come up, and take ownership of maintaining our machinery.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
