Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Tax Law Paralegal to support a sophisticated trusts and estates practice. This position combines advanced estate, gift, and fiduciary tax compliance with trust and estate administration in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Prepare federal estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns (Forms 706, 709, and 1041), including related state filings, elections, exemption tracking, valuations, deductions, and supporting schedules.

Review prior returns and financial records to support estate planning strategies, tax compliance, and generation-skipping transfer tax analysis.

Gather and analyze financial information while coordinating with clients, financial institutions, appraisers, advisors, and other third parties.

Support trust and estate administration, including probate pleadings, inventories, accountings, trust funding, asset transfers, and maintenance of organized tax workpapers.

Associate's or bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate preferred.

At least five years of estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax preparation experience, including substantial hands-on work with Forms 706, 709, and 1041.

Experience in a law firm, accounting firm, or professional services environment preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe required.

Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, judgment, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, meet deadlines, and work overtime or travel as needed.
