Lead Residential New Construction Plumber
$28 to $35 per hour depending on experience. $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS
E.A. Flowmasters is a family owned plumbing company doing residential new construction for regional and national homebuilders in Medina County and the surrounding area. We are looking for an experienced lead plumber.
The job is running houses from start to finish. Underground, rough in, finish, and gas, worked off the prints and kept on schedule with the builder. You may have a helper or a small crew under you depending on the job.
Requirements
- Several years of hands on experience in residential new construction
- Proficient in all phases including underground, rough in, finish, and gas
- Able to read and interpret plumbing prints independently
- Working knowledge of the Ohio Plumbing Code
- Able to complete a house start to finish without supervision
- Able to lead a helper or small crew
- Reliable, organized, and efficient
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
