Overview.
If you are an all-around experienced maintenance professional with a solid background in apartment or house maintenance, I would like to talk with you. You must have experience in plumbing, electrical and carpentry. Own tools and transportation are required. We are responsible for 43 apartments including 4-plexes in Miami Beach, North Miami and the Ft. Lauderdale area. We pay every Friday. If you are a self-starter, you will appreciate working in an easy going, no-nonsense environment. You will have parts before you need them. You will be treated with the highest of respect. Responsibilities
Apartment maintenance. After walk-through inspections are completed, you will be tasked with putting units in a rentable condition. If, instead, work orders of needed repairs in apartments are to be completed, you will be asked to do those repairs.

Pay: $23.57 - $28.38 per hour
