What You'll Do
Open and launch a new 14-classroom, birth-to-5 center from the ground up
Hire, train, and develop a team of up to 40 staff
Build enrollment from zero -- conduct tours, manage the waitlist, grow to capacity
Maintain full compliance with TN DHS licensing requirements
Manage weekly financial reports, payroll ratios, and occupancy metrics
Implement the hands-on, investigative, play-based curriculum
Build community events that make families loyal to your school
Develop your assistant director and classroom leaders toward growth

What We Need
Active TN director license (or ability to obtain before start)
3+ years as a licensed childcare center director
Experience managing 10+ staff in a full-day birth-to-5 setting
Compliance-first mindset -- you know what a DHS inspection looks like
Enrollment accountability -- you have hit occupancy goals before
Strong family communication and relationship-building skills
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
