Position: Line Cook
We are currently seeking creative and motivated Line Cooks to join our kitchen team.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 1–2 years of professional culinary experience, preferably in fine dining
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and commitment to consistency
- Culinary degree or A.S. in Culinary Arts preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute daily prix fixe and à la carte menu items
- Complete station mise en place and maintain organization throughout service
- Follow recipes, production standards, and sanitation procedures
- Assist with special events, banquets, and seasonal menu development
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs

- Full-time evening position
