We are currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join a respected hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation team. The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating and treating patients to restore function, improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent or limit physical disabilities. Working as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, the PT will provide evidence-based care to patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions in a dynamic outpatient hospital setting.

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for patients with orthopedic, neurological, musculoskeletal, and post-surgical conditions.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, physician referrals, and patient goals.

Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, and therapeutic modalities.

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, wellness strategies, and lifestyle modifications.

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

Maintain compliance with hospital policies, state licensure requirements, and professional standards of practice.

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Current state Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.

Previous outpatient orthopedic or hospital-based experience preferred, but not required.

Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills.

Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Competitive compensation: $39.00-$58.00 per hour, based on experience
