We are a growing primary care office in Pembroke Pines. Our patient population includes Medicare Advantage members. We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Medical Assistant with strong Spanish communication skills, as most of our patients are Spanish speaking. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and good at multi-tasking.
Duties
- Assist healthcare providers with patient intake, including collecting medical histories and documenting symptoms accurately.
- Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates with precision.
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize equipment to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
- Support physicians with procedures like medication administration, X-ray imaging
- Manage electronic health records (EHR systems) efficiently by inputting data, and updating patient charts
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
