Duties
- Greet and assist guests arriving during overnight hours with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression
- Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Manage front desk operations using multi-line phone systems, handling guest inquiries with excellent phone etiquette and multilingual communication skills when needed
- Prepare detailed reports on daily financial activities, including revenue summaries and audit logs, for management review
- Address guest concerns or issues promptly, providing exceptional guest relations and resolving complaints efficiently
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting routine safety checks of the premises during night hours
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all guest areas are secure and well-maintained
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles, particularly in front desk or night audit functions
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and customer service best practices
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems
- Prior experience working with hotel management software and financial audit procedures
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of professionalism and attention to detail
- Resort or hotel experience is preferred; familiarity with guest relations and hospitality standards is essential
