Continuum Care Services is looking for a Community Support Team Lead who is a fully licensed therapist to serve as the team lead for the program. One must have an active license that can be verified on the NC LCMHC or LCSW Board.
Some of the requirements include driving the team, doing the therapy for the team, doing weekly meetings, ensuring that all required documentation is complete, and provides clinical oversight.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
