Compass of Hope is a mental health agency serving New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine with therapy, psychiatry and neuropsychological testing. We are passionate about providing the most up to date evidence based treatment to improve client outcomes, and we believe in order to do that, our staff need to be healthy. Compass of Hope is currently in the process of becoming an APPIC site. As a post doc psychologist, you will have the opportunity to learn from both our licensed clinical psychologists on staff and have an immense amount of opportunities to grow your skills and gain exposure to testing services with an abundance of oversight and support. This experience can be offered both full time and part time for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities & Learning Opportunities

Clinical Skill Development: Demonstrate a strong commitment to professional learning, skill development, and actively integrating feedback.
- Test Administration: Administering standardized cognitive, behavioral, and personality tests.

Report Writing: Scoring tests, synthesizing results into comprehensive evaluation reports, and assisting with feedback sessions
- Neuropsychological Testing: Provide neuropsychological testing services to individuals of all ages, with the goal of completing one test per week (paid per test completed)

Supervision: Attend required weekly clinical supervision, and meet with a group of psychologists weekly for ongoing collaboration and additional feedback and growth

Team Collaboration: Attend all mandatory team consultation meetings (Every Wednesday, 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM) and participate actively in all required agency meetings.

Training: Participate in all training opportunities as required by the assigned supervisor/agency, including CE training opportunities, conference attendance and more

Mandated Reporter: Understand and comply with all New Hampshire mandated reporter laws and Compass of Hope clinical safety policies, including immediate notification of the on-call supervisor for any safety concern or reportable incident.
