Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as portioning meats. portioning cheese, chopping, assembling ingredients, and organizing supplies to support kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness of all food prep areas, including counters, sinks, and storage spaces
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and resetting dining areas for incoming guests
- Help with catering and banquet setups by organizing serving stations and ensuring all necessary items are ready
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
- Contribute to overall kitchen cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and a positive guest experience
- Adhere to health regulations and safety protocols consistently throughout your shift
Experience
