Plastic Surgical Associates of Fort Collins is seeking an exceptional Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. This is a hybrid clinical and administrative position for an energetic, detail-oriented professional who enjoys caring for patients while helping deliver an outstanding experience from the first phone call through complete recovery.Our practice has served Northern Colorado for more than three decades and is internationally recognized for innovation in aesthetic surgery, regenerative medicine, energy-based technologies, and clinical research. Position Overview
This position combines direct patient care with patient scheduling, communication, and front office support. Every member of our team works together to provide an exceptional patient experience while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and quality.
Primary Responsibilities
Clinical
Obtain standardized clinical photography and biometric measurements for consultations, treatment planning, outcomes assessment, and research.
Prepare patients for consultations, examinations, office procedures, and surgery.
Assist with office procedures and minor surgical procedures.
Provide preoperative and postoperative patient education.
Assist with laser treatments, regenerative procedures, hair restoration, and other aesthetic services.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation within the electronic medical record.
Sterilize instruments and maintain procedure rooms.
Monitor clinical supplies and inventory.
Assist with AAAASF accreditation standards, quality assurance activities, and clinical research projects.
Patient Care & Administrative
Schedule consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments.
Coordinate patient communications by phone, email, and secure messaging.
Assist patients with treatment scheduling and general practice questions.
Provide front office support during busy periods.
Work collaboratively with the Clinic Manager and Patient Care Coordinator to ensure exceptional patient service.
Qualifications
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA).
Plastic surgery or dermatology experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable with electronic medical records and computer technology.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
Dependable, motivated, and committed to continuous learning.
Compensation
$23–27 per hour, depending on experience.
Paid vacation and additional benefits.
Monday through Friday schedule.
No evenings or weekends.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
