Certified Medical Assistant (Temp-to-Perm)
Pay: $24.00–$26.00 per hour

Location: Phoenixville, PA 19460
We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Certified Medical Assistant. This position is ideal for candidates looking for a long-term career opportunity within a respected healthcare organization.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Flexible scheduling within core office hours of approximately 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
- Specific schedule will be discussed during the interview process
Responsibilities
- Room and prepare patients for provider visits
- Obtain and document vital signs
- Perform phlebotomy procedures
- Utilize EMR to notify providers when patients are ready
- Review and update patient histories, including:
- Medical history
- Surgical history
- Family history
- Smoking status
- Allergies
- Medications
- Assist with clinical phone communication
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits
- Welcome and assist patients at the front desk
- Support providers and practice operations with additional duties as assigned
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a physician office setting
- Strong patient service and communication skills
- Experience with both clinical and administrative duties
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience with Epic EMR
- Phlebotomy experience
