We are currently seeking skilled and dependable Property Maintenance Technicians to join our team. Whether you're a versatile handyman, skilled tradesperson, or seasoned carpenter, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general property maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in carpentry, general maintenance, or related trades
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
