Lia Corp is seeking experienced, professional Non-CDL Box Truck Drivers to join our Over-the-Road (OTR) team.
What We Offer
- Company-provided 26-ft box truck
- Company handles basic truck maintenance
- Driver chooses the loads they want to haul
- Weekly direct deposit every Friday
- 1099 independent contractor position
- Nationwide coast-to-coast freight
Schedule
- 4 weeks on the road
- 1 week home time
- No truck payment due during home time
Compensation
Drivers are responsible for:
- $1,300 weekly truck payment (includes truck payment, registration, and insurance)
- Fuel and toll expenses
After fuel and toll costs are deducted, net profits are split 70/30 between the driver (70%) and the company (30%)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating a 26-ft box truck
- Minimum 6 months of OTR experience traveling coast-to-coast
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- No major moving violations
- No excessive speeding tickets
- No preventable accidents
- No license suspensions within the last 2 years
- Clean criminal background
- Knowledge of Hours of Service (HOS) regulations
- Experience using Electronic Logging Devices (ELD)
