Position Overview
We are seeking Illinois-licensed LSWs, LCSWs, LPCs, and LCPCs who are passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful change. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity designed for clinicians who want flexibility in creating their own schedules and managing their caseloads.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide high-quality counseling services in person and/or via telehealth.
- Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Connect clients with appropriate community resources when needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ethical clinical practice.
Qualifications
- Active Illinois LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC license.
- Comfortable using electronic health record (EHR) systems and technology.
- Excellent clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
Compensation
- LSW/LPC: $50–$55 per clinical hour (based on weekly client volume)
- LCSW/LCPC: $60–$85 per clinical hour (based on weekly client volume)
Many clinicians in our practice earn $110,000 or more annually, depending on caseload.
