We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help lead the company through its next phase of expansion.
Position Summary
The COO will oversee all operational aspects of Pine Energy Services, including field operations, personnel management, customer relations, safety performance, equipment utilization, and strategic growth initiatives.
This position will work directly with the CEO to establish operational processes, develop key customer relationships, drive profitability, and scale the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead all wireline field operations.
- Develop and execute operational growth strategies.
- Build and manage high-performing field leadership teams.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, DOT, customer, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage equipment utilization and maintenance programs.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop operational personnel.
- Improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Participate in business development and customer acquisition efforts.
Qualifications
Required
- 10+ years of oilfield service experience.
- 5+ years in wireline management or executive leadership.
- Proven experience managing multiple crews, units, or districts.
- Strong understanding of E-Line operations, perforating, plug-and-perf completions, and completion services.
- Demonstrated safety leadership and performance history.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
Preferred
- Existing operator and completion company relationships.
- Previous startup or growth-stage company experience.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Track record of increasing revenue and profitability.
