General Laborer
Harter's Fox Valley Disposal is seeking a hardworking, dependable General Laborer to join our team. This position offers a variety of responsibilities, including assisting around the shop and yard, performing yard waste collection, and supporting daily operations. Responsibilities
- Assist with daily shop and yard operations.
- Perform yard waste collection and disposal.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate hand tools and light equipment as needed.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Assist with general maintenance and repairs.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
- Previous labor, landscaping, construction, or shop experience is helpful but not required.
