Collision Repair Technician- We are looking for experienced and motivated Collision Repair Technician to join our team at our Pilot Mountain location.
Responsibilities would include the following:
- Properly disassemble and reassemble vehicle back to manufacture specifications.
- Perform collision repairs and structural repairs according to manufacture specifications.
- Repair and replace damaged body panels , bumpers, doors, fenders as well as other components to vehicle.
- Complete body work on vehicle which would include straightening, welding, filling, sanding and refinishing preparation.
- Be able to inspect repairs for quality, safety and proper fit and finish to each vehicle.
- Work efficiently while maintaining high quality work standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work areas.
- Work well with other team members within company/organization.
Qualifications would include:
- I-Car Certification Preferred or manufacturer certifications would be ideal.
- Minimum of 3 years experience and job reference preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality.
- Ability to read and follow repair plans and manufacturer repair guidelines.
- Complete collision repair back to manufacture specifications for newer model vehicles. Knowledge of Unibody structure repairs along with frame straightening utilizing computerized laser measuring systems.
- Ability to work independently or as a team.
