Berg Benefits is seeking a Staff Accountant/Office Manager to join our team. This dynamic role serves the entire team in both the smooth running of the office functions as well as the day to day financial processes. Requirements are QuickBooks experience of 5+ years, expert level excel and Microsoft Office applications and preferred experience with a CRM system such as Zywave/Brokerage Builder.
Office Manager:
- HR – Running payroll twice per month
- Vendor management – Comcast, Pitney Bowes, etc.
Accounting:
- Accounts Payable
- Quarterly invoicing
- Weekly deposits
- Input Payroll 2/month
- Reconcile Operating account
- Input commissions into Quickbooks
- Monthly Excise Tax filing
- Monthly revenue reporting
Operations Management:
- Ongoing maintenance, cleanup, training CRM system
- Project management as needed – marketing campaigns, bulk cleanups, etc.
- Upkeep of SOP documents for both offices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
