We are searching for an experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our fast-paced sales team. This position requires a commitment to customer satisfaction and an aptitude for providing individualized service. Our ideal candidate has prior retail experience and is capable of engaging both customers and co-workers. As a Sales Associate, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the organization's goals through their sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to handle a large amount of work.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be positive, friendly, and honest with customers.
- Have good communication skills.
- Have good listening skills.
- Be able to clean up spills and other messes.
- Have previous experience in retail or sales.
- Deal with difficult customers.
