We are a growing dental practice seeking a creative, energetic, and organized Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team. This is an on-site position requiring travel between four office locations throughout San Diego County, from San Marcos to Mission Valley.

Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Create and execute monthly content calendars.
- Film and photograph doctors, team members, and office events.
- Produce both educational and entertaining content that showcases our team and patient experience.
- Capture and edit patient testimonials (with proper consent).
- Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, office signage, and promotional graphics.
- Create short-form videos, reels, and stories to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Edit photos and videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all locations.
- Collaborate with office managers and providers to develop fresh content ideas.
- Stay current with social media trends and recommend new strategies to increase visibility and patient engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Illustrator, or similar editing software).
- Experience creating Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and other short-form content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated, creative, and comfortable working independently.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between our four San Diego County offices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, dental, or medical marketing.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Basic graphic design and branding experience.
