Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, cold calling, and follow-up communications to generate new business leads
- Manage and nurture the sales pipeline by tracking prospects, updating CRM software, and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Conduct B2B sales conversations with dealership managers, retail partners, and other business clients to promote our products and services
- Negotiate deals effectively by understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and upselling additional products or services
- Support sales management by preparing presentations, participating in public speaking engagements, and assisting with marketing initiatives
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand and retail math calculations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales environments with a focus on high-end or automobile sales preferred
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales pipelines and tracking customer interactions
- Knowledge of inventory control, automotive inventory management, or dealership experience is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills including public speaking, phone etiquette, and customer service excellence
- Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately and support inventory management processes
- Demonstrated ability to cold call prospects, upsell products/services, and support outbound sales initiatives
