The Receptionis delivers a positive customer experience to all clients and is able to anticipate customer needs and provide solutions. They will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, emailing clients, customer follow up, filing jobs, social media posting and upkeep, simple accounting and any other customer service tasks required. This customer service representative is knowledgable in all areas of Presto’s Print business and remains positive and professional with customers and as a team member.
Responsibilities:
- Greets Customers and anticipates their need, suggests alternatives and finds solutions.
- Builds Customer relationships by earning their trust through high quality customer experiences.
- Correspond and follow up with customers via email or phone.
- Follows instructions of supervisors and assists other team members in performing store duties.
- Filing paperwork
- Maintains a safe, clean and orderly store front.

Skills and requirements:
- Work experience as a customer service representative in a printing/marketing company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to performs multiple tasks at a time and stay organized.
- Understanding of printing materials, products and processes.
- Positive and Professional with clients and coworkers.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and processes.
- Willingness to assist in other areas of the company, if needed or required.
- Ability to operate with minimal supervision.-
- Ability to sit and stand for 8 hours.
