Being a Tropical Smoothie Café Team Member involves all aspects of the following:

Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Must be reliable and have the desire to work at Tropical Smoothie for a minimum of 6 months.
- Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced environment and take direction from others.
- Must be high-energy, open to learning, proactive, and enjoy serving excellent food and smoothies while providing a safe environment for our guests.
