Residential HVAC Install Coordinator / Field Supervisor

Pay: $50,000–$60,000 per year + Performance Bonus
Air Masters of Tampa Bay is looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Install Coordinator / Field Supervisorto help manage the daily operation of our residential installation department.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lead Installer, Field Supervisor, or HVAC professional ready to move into management.
The right candidate will help coordinate installation crews, ensure jobs are prepared correctly, monitor job progress, maintain quality standards, and help keep residential installation projects moving efficiently from sold job through completion.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Coordinate daily residential installation schedules
- Assign and communicate with installation crews
- Review upcoming jobs for equipment, materials, permits, and scope
- Make sure crews are prepared before arriving at the customer's home
- Monitor installation progress throughout the day
- Assist crews with technical and field-related issues
- Perform quality-control inspections
- Help reduce installation callbacks
- Coordinate equipment and material needs
- Communicate job status with office staff and management
- Assist with permitting and inspection coordination
- Help resolve installation-related customer concerns
- Ensure job documentation is completed correctly
- Monitor installer productivity and labor efficiency
- Maintain company installation standards
- Assist with training and development of Lead Installers and Helpers
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate has strong residential HVAC installation experience and is ready to take the next step into leadership.
Requirements
- 4+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred
- Lead Installer or field leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC installation
- Ability to troubleshoot installation-related problems
- Knowledge of refrigerant piping, brazing, evacuation, charging, drainage, electrical, low-voltage controls, and system startup
- Understanding of Florida HVAC codes and installation requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs at the same time
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to hold crews accountable while maintaining a positive team environment
- Valid driver's license
- EPA certification preferred

Compensation
Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year
Additional performance-based compensation may be available based on department results, including:
