We are looking to fill a 12AM-8AM shift Friday through Sunday Mornings shift as a concierge / night security here at Wooddale Village.
Midnight Concierge/Security
Friday through Sunday mornings 12am – 8am
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make periodic rounds of the property during the night
- Monitors and attends to e-calls
- Wash, dry, and fold rags for Housekeeping
- Opens up the Common Area rooms
- Open umbrellas around property
- Assist residents as needed
- Report emergencies immediately to the Office Manager or Facilities Manager
- Mopping front courtyard area
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
- Must be able to lift, pull, carry, and or move up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand and walk continuously
Qualifications:
- Background check required
- Working with senior citizens preferred
