NOW HIRING – OTR CDL-A TRUCK DRIVER (1099 Contractor)
Dior Global Solutions LLC is seeking a reliable and experienced Over-the-Road (OTR) CDL-A Truck Driver to join our growing transportation team.
Position Details
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Equipment: Class A Tractor-Trailer (18-Wheeler)
- Pay: 15% of Linehaul Revenue Per Load
- Average Weekly Gross Pay: $2,500 – $ CT 4, 000+
- Home Time: Every 2–3 Weeks (Flexible)
- Dispatch Provided
- Weekly Pay
- Majority No-Touch Freight
- OTR Routes Throughout the Lower 48 States
Driver Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on OTR routes
- Complete pickups and deliveries on schedule
- Maintain accurate logs and comply with FMCSA regulations
- Communicate regularly with dispatch
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Ensure cargo is properly secured and transported safely
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Minimum 3 Years of Verifiable CDL-A Driving Experience
- Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
- Ability to pass DOT drug screening requirements
- Professional, dependable, and safety-focused
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
Compensation
Driver receives 20% of linehaul revenue for each completed load.
Additional compensation for detention, layover, TONU (Truck Ordered Not Used), and other accessorial charges may be shared at company discretion if paid by the broker or customer.
