Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Commercial Truck Driver to join our team for a dedicated Monday–Friday route based in Marked Tree, AR.
This is a home-daily position hauling packaged/general freight using a manual 10-speed tractor and van trailer. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable operating a manual transmission while maintaining a professional and consistent schedule.

This position requires the selected driver to relocate to Marked Tree, AR. The driver will initially report to our Southern California location and drive the assigned company truck to Arkansas to begin the dedicated route.
Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates, including assistance with accommodations during the first month.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a commercial tractor-trailer on a dedicated route
- Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries Monday through Friday
- Transport packaged/general freight safely and efficiently
- Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery and transportation records
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and warehouse personnel
- Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the assigned equipment
- Report mechanical, safety, or equipment issues promptly
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor mechanical tasks when necessary
Requirements
- Valid CDL required
- Commercial driving experience required
- Experience operating a manual 10-speed transmission
- Ability to safely operate a tractor-trailer with a van trailer
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Clean and acceptable driving record
- Successful completion of a background check
- Successful completion of a DOT-compliant drug and alcohol screening
- Willingness and ability to relocate to the Marked Tree, AR area
- Dependable and able to maintain a consistent Monday–Friday schedule
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Light mechanical experience preferred
- Ability to perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
