Entry Level Business Manager Responsibilities
- Engage with businesses directly to evaluate current energy usage and identify potential cost-saving opportunities
- Present energy optimization solutions that help businesses improve efficiency and reduce overhead expenses
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners, facility managers, and customers
- Assist customers through the sales enrollment process, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth account setup
- Analyze energy bills and usage patterns to support solution recommendations
- Manage follow-ups with prospective and existing customers to maintain strong account engagement
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet outreach and performance goals
- Stay informed on energy market trends, pricing structures, and available programs
Entry Level Business Manager Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or business management preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach to customer interaction
- Ability to understand and explain cost-saving and utility-related concepts clearly
- Detail-oriented with the ability to review documents and identify savings opportunities
- Self-motivated with leadership potential and a willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven, customer-facing environment
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
Pay: $5,100.00 - $6,200.00 per month
