Requirements:·
- Have a 5 year proven length of service
- 3 verifiable references from past employers
- 3 references from friends/family
- Certified Home Health Aide - Include Per ID#
- CPR Certified
- Clear fingerprint report from DOJ
- and of course a valid drivers license and proof of insurance
Suggested Duties
- Monitor patients' health by observing their physical and emotional conditions, reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being.
- Help with mobility and transportation needs
- Monitor medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Measure and record vital signs as needed, ensuring any significant changes are communicated promptly.
- Collaborate with home health teams to provide comprehensive care.
Experience
- Previous experience in patient monitoring, home health care, or long-term care settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with CPR techniques and emergency response procedures
