About the Role
As a Warehouse Logistics Specialist, you will be instrumental in maintaining the seamless flow of goods through our distribution center. By utilizing your expertise in heavy equipment operation, you will ensure that inventory is accurately positioned and ready for fulfillment, directly impacting our ability to meet customer demand.
Responsibilities-
Execute the safe transport of goods throughout the facility using industrial forklifts to maintain high-velocity throughput.

Manage the loading and unloading of freight, verifying inventory accuracy to minimize stock discrepancies.

Drive operational excellence by keeping the warehouse floor organized and compliant with all safety standards.

Perform proactive equipment inspections to ensure peak performance and prevent operational downtime.

Contribute to team-based process improvements that enhance overall distribution efficiency.

Utilize palletizers and other warehouse technology to streamline the handling of heavy materials.
Qualifications-
Active forklift operator certification.

Demonstrated experience in material handling or distribution environments.

Strong commitment to warehouse safety protocols and OSHA standards.

Physical capability to handle heavy lifting and sustained manual tasks.

OSHA 10-Hour Certification.

Prior experience in a high-volume manufacturing or logistics setting.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
