House Cleaner – Experienced or Trainable
Anchor Works is hiring reliable, detail‑oriented residential cleaners who take pride in creating clean, calm, and well‑organized home environments. Experience is welcome, but we’re also happy to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Pay is based on experience.

Spanish and/or English speaking is a plus.
1099 contractor option available.

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain residential homes with strong attention to detail
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Laundry: washing, drying, folding, and organizing
- General tidying, organizing, and floor care
- Create welcoming, comfortable living spaces for clients
- Communicate professionally and respond to client preferences
- Work independently or as part of a small team
Requirements
- Experience preferred, but not required — we will train
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Positive attitude and dependable work habits
- Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent standards
- Knowledge of cleaning products and organization techniques is helpful
