We are looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise warehouse associates, and ensure inventory accuracy, efficient shipping, and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities.
- Supervise and support warehouse associates.
- Pick, pack, and verify customer orders.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety.
- Monitor productivity and workflow.
Shipping & Receiving
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Prepare freight shipments and shipping documentation.
- Load and unload trucks safely.
- Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Coordinate with freight carriers and delivery services.
Inventory Control
- Maintain inventory accuracy.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Label and organize products properly.
Leadership
- Train and mentor warehouse staff.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Assist management with operational planning and process improvements.
Administrative Duties
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and inventory software.
- Prepare warehouse reports.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Customer Service, and Installation teams.
Qualifications Required
- College Degree required
- 2+ years of warehouse experience.
- 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role preferred.
- Experience with inventory management and shipping/receiving.
- Forklift and pallet jack experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Preferred
- Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Manufacturing or distribution experience.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
