Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, friendly service to enhance their dining experience
- Take accurate orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and restrooms to ensure a hygienic environment
- Handle cash register transactions accurately and process payments securely
- Restock supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning properly throughout your shift
- Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth operations during busy hours
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for guest service
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or bending
- Previous experience in food service is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction
