Position Summary
Axtegrity Consulting is seeking a highly motivated Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement modern business applications using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Pages, and Microsoft Dataverse, enabling organizations to automate business processes, develop secure external-facing web applications, and build scalable data-driven solutions.
This role requires a developer who is passionate about low-code/no-code technologies while possessing the technical expertise to build enterprise-grade solutions that integrate seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and Azure services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated business processes using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Build secure customer, partner, and employee portals using Power Pages.
- Design and manage scalable data models within Microsoft Dataverse.
- Develop and optimize cloud-based business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party applications.
- Configure security roles, authentication, and permissions within Dataverse and Power Pages.
- Develop reusable workflows, connectors, and automation templates.
- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize solution performance.
- Participate in solution architecture, technical design, and implementation planning.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Document technical designs, configuration, and deployment procedures.
- Stay current with Microsoft’s Power Platform roadmap and emerging capabilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
- Proven experience building enterprise solutions with Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
- Strong understanding of relational database concepts.
- Experience integrating cloud applications through APIs and connectors.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within project teams.
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)

Preferred Experience
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, Business Central, Customer Engagement, or other Microsoft business applications is highly desirable. Candidates with experience implementing enterprise automation initiatives and integrating Microsoft cloud technologies will be given preference.
