Job Purpose
To safely and efficiently maintain operations by setting up and running a milling machine. On-the-job training will be provided for those with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Schedule
“Second Shift”, Full Time.
4:00 pm to 2:30 am from Monday to Thursday. Overtime on Fridays as needed.

Primary Duties
Loading and unloading fixtures on CNC machines.
Tumbling
Packaging
Performing in-progress quality checks and inspections using proper equipment.
Utilizing equipment properly, according to standards.
Maintaining equipment, according to standards.
Recording productivity.
Essential Qualifications
Be able to communicate effectively.
Be able to understand and follow standards, protocols, and procedures without excessive redirection.
Have exemplary detail-oriented skills.
Be able to cooperate with all co-workers and staff.
Be mechanically inclined.
Be able to work overtime on Fridays as needed.
Maintain basic English communication skills.
Experience with reading blueprints, and using micrometers and calipers is beneficial. ***
Physical Requirements
Be able to lift 50 pounds consistently, and without help.
Be able to carry, bend, push, and twist. The frequency will vary depending on the day’s tasks.
Be able to stand or sit for 10 hours per day.
