Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through various warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Duties
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move and organize inventory safely and efficiently
- Assist with warehouse management system (WMS) entries to track stock levels, locations, and order status
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using order picker tools and proper packaging techniques
- Load and unload trucks while adhering to safety protocols for heavy equipment like forklifts and load & unload procedures
- Conduct shipping & receiving activities, verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation
- Stock shelves accurately, ensuring proper placement of products for easy retrieval during order fulfillment
- Utilize basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities during inventory processes
Requirements
- Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution operations is preferred
- Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems) is highly desirable
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 or similar platforms is a plus
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for inventory accuracy
- Basic math skills for counting items and verifying shipments accurately
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and order fulfillment processes
- Ability to follow safety guidelines rigorously when operating equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks
