Position Overview
International has an exciting opportunity for a Fulfillment Specialist to join our Commercial Group at our corporate headquarters in Lisle, IL.
The Fulfillment Specialist is accountable for managing all parts activities required to bring a customer owned vehicle back into service. Using your communication, attention to detail and follow up skills, you will work with suppliers to update orders with shipping and tracking information to develop and maintain positive communication between all businesses within, and outside of, the company to achieve desired results of getting our customers' vehicles back on the road with limited downtime. Working collaboratively with internal and external contacts to drive for results, escalating as necessary if orders are delayed, documenting root cause, establishing action plans, keeping management and customer informed regarding progress and following through to the resolution of issues.
Responsibilities

Manage order entry, processing, and shipping.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to keep orders moving and meet customer service standards.

Plan capacity for build-to-stock and build-to-order needs.

Maintain inventory levels that meet demand while controlling costs.

Review demand and supply data to manage schedules and order backlogs.

Respond quickly, stay organized, and prioritize customer needs.

Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives.

Work with suppliers to improve on-time delivery and resolve delays.

Create backup plans, including alternate suppliers and delivery options.

Communicate supply issues, risks, and recovery plans to Parts Management and Purchasing.
Minimum Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of supply chain experience
OR
-
Master's degree and no experience
OR
-
At least 3 years of supply chain experience
